Ever changing. In the past if have connect better with men on a friendship level but would love to meet some local friends of both sexes that might be both good AND bad influences for me. I am happily married and my husband encourages me in my need to be independent. Besides he prefers to talk politics and argue with his guy friends about everything and that's just not me. I am the creative type and love face and body painting, computer graphics, reading, outdoors, movies and music. My favorite shopping outings are thrift shops, garage sales and arts&craft stores. I also enjoy a little dumpster diving here and there. I'd like to get out more at night, but need someone to push me out the door. Otherwise, I love sitting outside with a drink in my hand (quality micro-brew, dry red wine, martini or a margarita) and letting the conversation travel from one side of the globe to the other. I'm a bit bored with political discussions these days, mostly out of frustration over the current regime. Please don't be offended or freaked out by the fact that I'm somewhat attracted to the same sex and that a beautiful woman might catch my attention. My soul comes alive in the dark. I thrive there.
Who I'd like to meet:
Friends who enjoy the night and dark places. It wouldn't hurt my feelings, though, to meet; Tim Burton, Danny Elfman, Robert Rodriguez, Trent Reznor, Angelina Jolie and Jessica Alba though the latter two need say nothing! ;-) Also Gary Oldman, Gene Wilder, Winona Ryder and Drew Barrymore.
